Who we are
KGL Fitness (“we”, “us”) is the data controller for the personal data described here. Contact us at privacy@kglfitness.co.uk. [Replace with your registered trading name, address and ICO registration number before publishing.]
What we collect
When you request The 4-Week Shred we collect your email address, the date and time you signed up, and which form on the page you used. That is all we store about you. We do not collect your name, your IP address, or any health information.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
We use your email address to send you the guide, and to send occasional emails about training, nutrition and coaching. Our lawful basis is consent, which you give by submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
How long we keep it
Until you unsubscribe. When you unsubscribe we mark your record as suppressed and stop sending you email; we keep the suppressed record so we do not accidentally add you again. Ask us to erase it entirely and we will.
Who else processes it
Amazon Web Services (hosting, database and email delivery, in the region stated in our infrastructure configuration) and Google (reCAPTCHA, which checks that form submissions come from people rather than bots). Google’s use of the data it collects for reCAPTCHA is covered by its own privacy policy. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.
Cookies
This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. reCAPTCHA may set cookies on google.com in order to work. If we add analytics later, this page will say so before it goes live.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to our processing of your data, and to data portability. Email privacy@kglfitness.co.uk and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Unsubscribing
Every email we send contains a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom. It takes effect immediately. There is no confirmation step and nothing to log in to.
